Sharing
Not everything you keep in Heym is only yours. A house move, the family budget, a training plan somebody else wrote for you. Getting another person near any of it meant reading the list out to them, or keeping a second copy somewhere you could both reach.
You can now invite people by email to a life area, a goal or a project. An invitation carries one of two levels, Can edit or Can view, and applies to everything inside: the tasks, notes, sub-goals and projects underneath it. Nothing is shared until it is accepted, and an invitation sent to an address with no Heym account waits until they sign up.
A Shared section appears in the sidebar, holding pending invitations, the items you have accepted, and what you have sent out. Edits from the other side arrive within about a minute, without reloading the page.
Anything a collaborator creates inside a shared item belongs to its owner, so it stays put when they leave. Nobody you invite can delete the thing they were invited to: their option is Remove from my list, which changes nothing for anybody else. In trash, anything they deleted is labelled with their name.
Open the ⋯ menu on any life area, goal or project and choose Share. Sharing comes with a paid plan.
